Pour one cup of hot water and one tablespoon of milk into a mug.
2Place the two chamomile tea bags into the mug and leave to steep.
3Slice two thin slices, approximately 1 centimeter in width, from the refrigerated cucumber. Set the slices back in the refrigerator.
4Remove the tea bags from the mug and lightly squeeze the excess liquid from them.
5Place a tea bag over each eye and relax for two to five minutes.
6Remove the tea bags from your eyes and replace with the cucumber slices. Relax for five to 10 minutes.
7Remove the cucumbers from your eyes and discard both the slices of cucumber and the tea bags.
8According to Janice Cox, author of "Natural Beauty at Home," drink the chamomile tea after removing the cucumbers to help keep the under-eye bags at bay.
