Sit down with your legs folded in a comfortable position. Keep your spine straight and tilt your head behind slowly. Hold for 10 counts and feel the stretch under the jawline. Tilt your head back straight and repeat for five sets.
2Relax your shoulders while sitting down and look straight. Turn your head all the way to your right without moving your shoulder. This stretches the skin above the collarbone. Hold in this position for five counts. Repeat on the other side for a total of three sets.

4Get down on your hands and knees. Drop you head down and keep your neck, spine and elbows straight. Inhale slowly. Exhale and curve you back downward while lifting your head up towards the ceiling. Repeat for five counts.
5Tilt your head backwards while sitting comfortably and look straight up. Feel the stretch in the neck and with your mouth closed, move the lower jaw up and down. Repeat for 10 counts and drop your head. Do a total of three sets.
