Neckline Slimmer Instructions

With age, muscle tone can become weaker and cause the skin around the muscles to sag. This is particularly true for neckline muscles and skin. When neck muscles sag, you appear older. However, you can firm muscles in your neck by using a neck exerciser, such as the Neckline Slimmer.

Instructions

Unscrew the top of the Neckline Slimmer from the base.

Insert the coil marked "1" into the Neckline Slimmer, and screw the top back onto it.

Place the base of the device against your chest, and place your chin on the chin rest.

Move your chin down until the chin rest touches the base of the Neckline Slimmer, and then raise your chin after a count of three. Repeat this process until you have completed 10 repetitions.

Unscrew the base from the top again, and take out the coil. Replace the first coil with the next coil, marked "2." Repeat the repetitions as before. Replace the second coil with the final coil, marked "3." Repeat the repetitions as before. With each progression of coils, your neck muscles will be exercised even deeper.
