Cheek Exercise

    With two fingers below your chin, gently pull it to one side. Put the ball on the other side, directly on your cheek. Lift the cheek muscles by raising the ball upward toward the ear. Smile and hold the pose for 10 seconds. Repeat for each side of the face 10 times.
    This exercise works the cheek and mouth muscles.

Lip Exercise

    On one side of the mouth, use two fingers to pull the corners back toward your ear. Purse your lips against the ball, held by the other hand, and hold for the pose for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times for each side of the mouth.
    This exercise works the lower cheek muscles and ring muscles of the mouth.

Jowl and Neck Exercise

    Place the ball against your chin, just below the lips. Keeping your lower lip inside your mouth, pull the ball downward and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
    This exercise works the mouth and chin muscles.

Total Face Workout

    Use the the fingers of both hands to hold the ball just above the nose on your forehead. Place each thumb at the corner of your eyes near the temples, and shut your eyes tightly. Simultaneously pull the thumbs back toward the ears while raising the ball upward on the forehead. As you allow your eyes to open, smile, and hold the pose for 10 seconds.
