However, hemorrhoid cream is not FDA approved for use around the eyes.

Easier and more convenient than cucumber slices, tea bags are a quick, effective way to calm things down before you put your make up on. Saturated the bags with cold water and place them on your eyes until the bags are room temperature. Also try icy wash cloths or scarves.
