Exercise is meant to keep your body healthy inside and out. When you think of exercise, you may forget that your face is filled with muscles that need to be exercised as well. Facial exercises will help stimulate blood flow, bring oxygen to the surface of your skin, and help firm your facial tissue to keep that tight, smooth look.

Your Forehead and Eyes

Starting from the top of your face down, your forehead is one of the areas where wrinkles are most visible. In order to exercise your forehead muscles, place your index fingers above your eyes along the brow bone. Then, lift your eyebrows as high as you can and feel the stretch of your forehead. You should repeat this 10 times, holding for five seconds each to achieve tightness over time.

Your eyes are the other most visibly wrinkled area on your face. They are the window into your soul, and seeing them with crow's feet and fine lines really shows your age. With your eyes closed, place your middle fingers gently on your eyelids, and your index fingers right underneath your eyebrows. Slowly separate the fingers so your lids stretch and eyebrows raise. Hold this for about 10 seconds, let go and then repeat 10 more times. For crow's feet on the corners of your eyes, place your index and middle fingers on them and slowly rub in circular motions. It will stimulate blood flow and work the muscles back into shape so they do not sag and separate creating fine lines.

Cheeks and Neck

You will definitely begin to tell if your cheeks are starting to sag or get fine lines from wrinkles. A simple exercise to stimulate circulation and tighten the muscles back up is to pull your cheeks down and smile. Close your eyes, place your center fingers on your cheeks below the cheek bone, pull down and smile to raise your cheeks. This opposite force of your pulling down while your smile pulls upwards will stretch the muscles and help restore their strength. Do this 10 times holding the stretch for five seconds at a time.

Your neck and throat are the easiest places for skin to begin sagging. What you want to do is sit straight with your head tilted back toward the ceiling as far as you can. Slowly move your lower lip over your upper lip and hold for 5 seconds. "...Been hiding your age from the whole world? But for how long will this keep going? Or got given up seeking those tempting anti aging creams, hurtful surgery and harmful chemicals? Do Not Worry, dear. Right here is a natural cure to look and get younger, healthier and sexier than you are. So here it is for you Anti-aging Foods..". Relax and then repeat 9 more times. This pulls your neck skin, helping to tighten it again, and works the muscles in your neck so they become more firm.
