As you age the skin under your eyes becomes thinner and the muscles less taunt, which can result in puffy under-eye bags. You may start to notice slight puffiness under your eyes as early as your 20s or 30s, and it will only become more apparent as time goes by. "...Been covering your age from the whole entire world? But for how long will this keep going? Or got given up attempting those tempting anti aging creams, uncomfortable surgery and unhealthy chemicals? Do Not Worry, dear. Below is a natural therapy to look and get younger, healthier and sexier than you are. So here it is for you Anti-aging Foods..". You have some nonsurgical options, however, to help you minimize the appearance of the bags under your eyes.

Potatoes

Slice a potato into several thin slices, slightly thicker than a sheet of paper. Find a place to recline, such as in bed with pillows or a reclining chair. Get settled in and then spray a light mist of water over your eyes with a water bottle. You can find a plain water bottle at a pharmacy. Place the slices of potatoes over your eyes, layering them to cover the whole eye area. Rest like this for at least 10 minutes.

Hemorrhoid Cream

Use a tiny amount of hemorrhoid cream, such as Preparation H, under each eye. The cream will work to reduce your under-eye puffiness in the same way that it works to reduce the swelling one experiences with hemorrhoids. Only use this treatment on occasion, not as part of a daily beauty routine. You also need to be very careful not to get any of the cream in your eye, as it can cause damage, or at the very lease be painful.

Tea Bags

Dip two tea bags in cold water and squeeze out the excess water. Find a comfortable place to recline and place a cold tea bag on each eye. Wait at least 15 minutes before removing the tea bags. The coolness of the tea bags as well as an ingredient in the tea will help to reduce the swelling under your eyes.

Cold Eye Mask or Spoons

Place a cold gel eye mask over your eyes when you wake up in the morning. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes to help reduce the swelling under your eyes. Use two spoons chilled in the fridge overnight if you don't have a gel eye mask.
