Oftentimes eyebrows begin to sag or the skin just below the eyebrow begins to lose its elasticity. This leads to excess skin underneath the eyebrow, creating an aged appearance. But simple eyebrow exercises can help you regain the strength in your eyebrows. These exercises are meant to be done daily until the desired appearance is reached, as they work over time with consistency. Doing them regularly will take years off your appearance by allowing your eyebrows to sit higher, stretching away drooping skin.

Eyebrow Lifts

    Lifting your brows manually with your fingers is a great way to strengthen your brow and forehead muscles to better support your eyebrows. This method also will not promote forehead lines. Eyebrow Resistance

    Creating eyebrow resistance strengthens your eyebrow and forehead muscles by using the eyebrows' actual strength. Gently push your eyebrows down against the tips of your fingers, allowing your fingers to act as a weight. Allow your eyes to remain open during this process. Hold this position for five seconds and then remove your hands from your face, relaxing your eyebrows.

Repeat Exercises

    Repeat the process of the eyebrow lift followed by eyebrow resistance, but this time hold the resistance for 10 seconds. On the seventh second, slowly close your eyes while manually lifting your eyebrows up. Repeat this twice more.

    Repeating this regimen daily will brighten up your face, giving you a natural eyebrow lift. You may feel the work of your brow muscles almost instantly, and within a few weeks you'll begin to notice a difference.
