With the average life expectancy rising over the years, people have been on the search for the fountain of youth more than ever. With everything from over-the-counter creams to secret home remedies, people are willing to try nearly everything to have a younger looking face. However, just by exercising your face using a few simple techniques, you can have a younger looking face.

Reducing the Double Chin

    This face exercise helps get rid of your double chin, a predominant sign of aging. Begin by lifting your chin up and having your eyes facing towards the sky or ceiling. Make sure not to stare directly into the sun or light. Press your tongue against the surface of the roof of your mouth and open you mouth slightly. Diminish Eye Bags

    Begin this facial exercise by placing your two index fingers directly below your eyes and where your bags should be. Rub your fingers in small circles to massage the skin underneath your eyes for approximately 30 seconds. Rest for approximately one minute before doing another repetition. You should aim to perform anywhere from five to ten reps each time you perform this exercise.

Forehead Exercise

    Begin by resting on your bed with your face looking at the ceiling and attempt to relax your entire body as much as possible. Let your head hang over the edge of the bed and lift your eyebrows so that they are reaching toward the ceiling. Attempt to reach as high as possible for approximately ten seconds. Rest for about one minute with your head upright before doing another repetition. Perform three to five repetitions each time you do this exercise.
