Lie on one side in bed with your head on a pillow. Tilt your head backward. Hold this position for up to five minutes every night before you go to sleep to tone the muscles below your jaw line.
Lip Over Lip
Stand or sit and stick out your lower lip and hold it over your upper lip. Tilt your head backward, looking toward the ceiling. Hold this position for up to five seconds. Repeat five times, increasing the number of repetitions every day.
Sideways Lip Over Lip
Place your lower lip over your upper lip and tilt your head back again, but this time turn your head to the right, then lower it until your chin touches your shoulder.
