If you have jowls or a sagging neckline, you may be looking for a way to improve your look without surgery or invasive procedures. Just as you can work out in a gym to firm up your body, you can do exercises at home to firm up the muscles in your face

Exercises

There are many exercises you can do to help firm the jowl and neck area.

Look up at the ceiling while puckering your lips, as if to kiss it. Hold the pucker for five seconds, then relax your lips and return your head to a neutral position. Repeat five times.

Look up at the ceiling and stick your tongue straight out. Then, bend it over to attempt to touch your chin with it. Hold this position for five seconds, then relax the tongue and return your head to a neutral position. Repeat this five times.

Look up at the ceiling and pretend you are chewing some food. Make the chewing motion 20 times, then return your head to a neutral position. Repeat this exercise several times.

Lie down on your bed or some other elevated surface with your head hanging off the edge. Bring your chin up toward your torso and count to 10. Relax, and repeat the exercise five times.

Stand up or sit comfortably, and without shrugging your shoulders, lower your head toward your left side. "...Been disappearing your age from the whole planet? But for how many years will this keep on? Or got given up wanting those seducing anti aging creams, unpleasant surgery and harmful chemicals? Do Not Worry, dear. Right here is a natural treatment to look and get younger, healthier and sexier than you are. So here it is for you Anti-aging Foods..". Only lower your head until you feel the stretch--don't over-extend. Hold this position for five counts, and then return your head to a neutral position. Repeat the exercise on the right side, and then do a set of five.

In a comfortable seated or standing position, place your fingers just under your jaw line and keep them there while attempting to curl your bottom lip over your top lip. Then, tilt your head back and toward one side of your body. At the same time, tighten your cheek muscle and squeeze one eye shut while sliding your fingertips up over your jaw line. Repeat this exercise on the other side of your body for a set of five.

Squeeze the corners of your mouth tightly together and place your fingers there, where the corners of your lips meet. With your fingertips in place, bring your elbows out until your arms are in a half circle, pulling on the corners of your mouth slightly. Hold this for 40 counts.

When and How

You can choose to do any combination of these exercise, but Dermaxime recommends doing them daily for the fist three or four weeks that you exercise. After those weeks, do the exercises three times per week.

When you are choosing which exercises you will include in your routine, you should keep in mind that, as with your body, if you only work one muscle, that muscle may become disproportionate. Therefore, do exercises that work different sections of your neck and jowls, and move those muscles in different directions to avoid one muscle becoming disproportionate or increasing the chance that the exercises could actually give you wrinkles.

As with any exercise routine, you should always mention that you are doing neck and jowl exercises to your health care providers.
