How to Make Herbal Treatments for Puffy Eyes

If you tossed and turned all night and ended up with unsightly puffy eyes the next morning, there are effective herbal treatments you can do at home. Herbal treatments will reduce and sooth the puffiness, and alleviate the accompanying dark circles.

Instructions

Steep the green tea bag in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Put the tea in a bowl.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and put them in the green tea.

Refrigerate the cucumbers and green tea until they're cool.

Put a soaked cucumber over your closed eyes for about 10 minutes.

Chop a small amount of fresh parsley and stir it into about a tablespoon of sour cream.
