2Wash the potato and cut it into very thin circular slices. It's up to you if you wish to keep the skin on or peel it off.
3Lie back in a comfortable position and place one potato slice on each eye. The important thing is to relax; if you aren't relaxed the skin around your eyes will tense up.
4Leave the slices on your eyes for as little as five minutes or longer: 10 to 15 minutes for a relaxation treat. Once you are done, flush your face and eyes with cool water. When drying your eyes, don't rub hard; simply pat them dry.
