How to Relieve Tired and Puffy Eyes

There's nothing worse than irritated eyes, especially when you want to go out and look good!
Here are some tips for puffiness, tired and/or dark circles for your poor eyes.

Instructions

    1

    FOR TIRED EYES:
    1) Splash cold water over eyes, several times a day, relieves tension, inflammation and stress from eyes.
    2) Take a washcloth, run under hot water and lay over eyes for ten minutes or so, breathing in and out deeply too to relax. "...Been disappearing your age from the whole planet? But for how many years will this go on? Or got given up seeking those appealing anti aging creams, uncomfortable surgery and unhealthy chemicals? Do Not Worry, dear. Below is a natural remedy to look and get younger, healthier and sexier than you are. So here it is for you Anti-aging Foods..". If washcloth gets cold and you're not too relaxed, re-wet again and replace.
    3) Cup your hands over your eyes without touching your them with your palms touching your cheeks, you want to make a darkness. Open your eyes, and look as if you were trying to see something far away in the dark. This is a good thing to do for your eyes, because it helps them to exercise a bit, in a relaxing environment.
    4) If you look at a computer screen daily, do not look straight at it, your monitor should be tilted upwards so your looking at it at an angle, looking straight causes unnecessary eye strain and is very hard on your eyes.
    5) Use a light-colored shadow, such as bone or white, on lids and in the inner corners of eye. Lighter hues reflect light, brightening the eye area.

    2

    FOR PUFFY EYES:
    1) Sleep, first and foremost.
    2) Cold sliced cucumbers over your eyes for several minutes
    3) Cold slice strawberries over your eyes for several minutes
NOW, keep in mind, the coldness is really what does the diminishing of the puffiness.
    Also, note too:
Preparation H has been used forever by models and it does work.......unfortunately, NOT the Prep H sold in the U.S. It used to contain an ingredient called Bio-dyne that has now been removed so, either A) buy it from Canada or B) Amazon.com
Ebay or simply google for the ingredient Bio-dyne and you'll find several online pharmacies that sell it too.

    3

    FOR DARK CIRCLES:
    1) Use foundation closest to the color of your skin
    2) Use eye products that contain jojoba and/or primrose
    3) Invest in a good eye cream. While eye creams may not actually zap wrinkles, they do temporarily plump up the under-eye area, diminishing the appearance of circles.
    4) choose a salmon or peach-colored concealer for best results. "Don't use a beige or white concealer," It's only going to make the darkness look gray.
    5) Always put on foundation before concealer.
    6) Avoid those containing glycolic acid or salicylic acid, can worsen reddness and puffiness.
