Appearing vibrant and youthful not only makes you more attractive to potential dates, but can improve your job prospects and career advancement. Aging, along with stressful modern lifestyles, can make you look dull and tired. Healthy eating, dietary supplements and exercise make you feel more vibrant, while external cosmetic measures help maintain a look of vitality.
Lifestyle
Appearing vibrant is difficult if you are stressed, tired and miserable. Concern yourself with your and your family's contentment, rather than impressing others with wealth or status.
