Wrinkles appear on the face over years of repetitive facial gestures and a gradually softening and loss elasticity of the facial collagen. Make a horseradish and sour milk remedy paste. Mix 4 tablespoons of sour milk with 1 tablespoon of ground oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of grated fresh horseradish. 2Make a pumpkin seed paste. Ground pumpkin seeds using a food processor or mortar and pestle and add a small amount of olive oil. The mixture should have the consistency of thick paste. Apply to the skin and leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing the skin.
3Exercise the muscles of the face using specific techniques for wrinkles. Fill the mouth with water and allow the cheeks to completely puff out. Keep the water in the mouth for as long as possible. Alternatively, throw scraps of paper around a table and try to blow the scraps off the table. Puff out the cheeks as you blow.
4Add 3 Vitamin E capsules, 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 tsp lemon juice to a small bowl. Apply the mixture to the wrinkles on the face and neck using a cotton balll. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse.
5Eat heathily. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and oily fish can heal the appearance of wrinkles. Remember to also drink plenty of water throughout the day to hydrate the skin.
