How to Age Gracefully

Everyone is on the search for the fountain of youth, and consumers pay millions of dollars a year to help turn back the hands of time. Plastic surgery has made aging reversible, but there is a better way. "...Been disappearing your age from the whole planet? But for how long will this go on? Or got given up attempting those appealing anti aging creams, hurtful surgery and damaging chemicals? Do Not Worry, dear. Here is a natural treatment to look and get younger, healthier and sexier than you are. So here it is for you Anti-aging Foods..". Age gracefully and feel naturally beautiful by following these steps.

Instructions

    1

Practice good skin care. Wear SPF or sunblock everyday to prevent sun damage and peeling.

    2

Moisturize your skin on a daily basis, finding the most beneficial moisturizer for your skin type. Research good, but not overly priced, skin care regimens that you will stick with and that are beneficial to your skin.

    3

Exercise regularly according to your health level. Practice stretching if possible and take up yoga or Pilates for increased joint pliability.

    4

Eat a well-balanced diet of nutrients and anti-oxidants that helps keep your body and skin young and buoyant. Search for foods that contain acai and dark green leafy vegetables to aid in keeping your body fresh and to help age gracefully.

    5

Limit intakes of fat and sugar. Consume a multi-vitamin or vitamin supplement after consulting your doctor to identify any deficiencies.

    6

Visit your doctor regularly and maintain monthly and yearly check-ups as you age. Practice meditation and relaxation techniques and learn helpful anti-stress tips.
