Begin with an exercise to reduce eye puffiness. Use the first three fingers of each hand to gently hold and pull down the skin under your eyes and then attempt to close your eyes tightly against the resistance. Only work as hard as is comfortable and then hold the clench for about 10 seconds. Repeat 3 to 4 times.
2Look straight forward and hold your head steady in preparation for the next yoga facial exercises for the eyes. With your head looking forward, open your eyes wide and look as far to the right as possible without moving your head. Hold for 5 to 10 seconds and then repeat to the left side and then up and down. Perform 3 to 5 sets on each side.
3Keep your eyes forward and then push your chin out, open your mouth and eyes wide and stick out your tongue. You should feel this exercise work just about every muscles of your face as well as your neck. Hold the pose for about 10 seconds and then relax, repeating 3 to 5 times.
4Suck in your cheeks to pucker your lips like a fish and then hold your lips together as tightly as possible while trying to smile. This facial exercises helps to reduce lines around the nose and mouth and keeps the lips full and youthful. Once again, hold for 10 seconds and repeat 3 to 5 times.
